HISTORIC PASTURES

This is the web page for the Historic Pastures Homeowners Association. The Historic Pastures HOA comprises 180 units owned by 67 members. The common area includes 2 tennis courts and private off street parking for the residents located at 8 private parking lots. Homeowners are able to view the HOA  By-laws and Declaration, HOA financial records, Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations, parking applications and parking rules and snow regulation parking rules. In addition the COA Declaration & By-laws and Coalition Rules and Regulations are also posted.

The Pastures Historic District consists of a thirteen block area in the South End of Albany. Ten blocks of the district are bounded on the north by Madison Avenue, on the east by Green Street, on the south by South Ferry Street, and on the west by South Pearl Street. Also included are three adjacent blocks on the east, which are bounded on the west by Green Street, on the south by South Ferry Street, on the east by Dongan Avenue, and on the north by South Lansing Street.

The Pastures Preservation District has been established by the Historic Sites Commission of Albany in recognition of its unique qualities. There are 112 buildings in this 17-acre area.
